Adobe MAX will be held in Chicago from Sunday to Wednesday. MAX is the former Macromedia company’s big conference/exposition of the year. Adobe has embraced the event and continued to make it as remarkable as ever.

This will be an exciting conference for me. ColdFusion 8 was released this year and is packed with some nifty new features. <cfimage> tag which is includes image manipulation, CAPTCHA generation, and some other features. CF8 also includes dynamic .pdf creation, rss feed generation, and a bunch of other features.

I plan on doing a recap of each day while I’m there. One, to keep notes on what I have learned, and two prove to my bosses I didn’t drink myself into a coma the night before.
